Willow Cottage Terms and Conditions
2 Adults (maximum) Unsuitable for children/babies.
No smoking. No pets.
Rates are for the cottage, per week, Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise stated). Available from 4pm on arrival day. Arrive between 4pm & 5.30pm and we will "meet & greet" you, to give a familiarization tour of the cottage facilities and local information about the area. The cottage must be vacated and keys handed back by 10am on departure day.
Once we have confirmed the availability of your preferred dates, then a 50% non refundable deposit is required. This secures those dates for your holiday. The balance is due in full 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the booking is made with 6 weeks or less before your holiday date, then payment in full is required at this time.
Payment can be made via bank transfer (preferred method), or cheque. Details on how to pay by bank transfer or cheque will be sent with the Booking Confirmation Form.
If you decide or have to cancel your holiday at Willow Cottage, then please notify us immediately by either phone or email, then also in writing to us to confirm your decision. We will do our best to re-let the cancelled dates for you. If we can fully re-let those dates, then a refund can be made, minus £50 (to cover admin & any charges made to us). If we cannot re-let those dates, then monies already paid will be forfeit to us. For this reason we strongly recommend that an adequate holiday insurance is taken out to give you cover.
If anything is accidentally broken or damaged then please notify us immediately. This enables us to do our best to replace or repair the item for you asap, and before our next guests arrive. We accept that accidents do happen as part of everyday life, but any major breakages, stains or damage caused willfully or through lack of due care & attention will have to be paid for, before leaving.
